THE BRIEF
Surgery partnered with renowned fashion photographer, Garcon Jon, on a staged “street style” shoot during London Fashion Week for Marcolin eyewear brand, Moncler.
THE METHOD
Surgery sourced three male and three female models and influencers to take part in the shoot. Surgery gave each model and influencer
a pair of frames to wear outside 180 Strand between LFW shows.
The photographer, Garcon Jon, was working exclusively with Vogue International and seeded all imagery to their online platforms. Surgery also sourced models and influencers with over a 10K and over follower count and each influencer was advised to post the images on their social channels with predetermined hashtags and tags.
THE RESULT
The images were featured on British, Japanese, German, Italian and Spanish Vogue. All influencers shared tagged posts on their social channels. This reached over 6,335,900 individuals. Surgery used their extensive network to source models and influencers cost-free to the brand which saved £12,300 in sponsored post fees.
